  • We'll start with a free consultation to determine your needs. This is the perfect time to discuss your pain points and your goals. Come prepared with examples, an understanding of how your team currently works, and questions you may have.

  • I understand the financial stressors small and medium businesses face. This is why I take a phased approach; allowing touchpoints between commitments to reassess and decide the next step. I keep my pricing fair and reasonable, because I believe every business should have the same opportunities

  • That is totally dependent on you! My phased approach means you get to tap in and out as required. As a rough guide, the health check and optimisation package should take approximately 2 weeks.

    If you’d like to continue engaging me through the next phase - implementing those recommendations, then this will generally take a few months depending on what we’re trying to achieve.

    From there, you get to decide whether I support your implementation through training and supporting the staff involved.

    Regardless of how long we work together, I also like to check in and make sure you’re getting the best from our time together.
