bidpop was created from experience, connection, and a genuine belief in the strength of small & medium businesses.
After more than ten years working across bids, marketing, administration, and project coordination in Brisbane, supporting organisations of all sizes and across a wide range of industries, I saw just how much impact the right strategy, structure, and bid support can have when businesses are tendering.
When I made the move to Tasmania, I was welcomed into the community with open arms. I quickly came to appreciate the strong local buy culture and the pride Tasmanian businesses take in backing one another. At the same time, Tasmania highlighted something important. Many small and medium businesses, here and across Australia, are navigating increasingly competitive tender environments without access to the same level of strategic support often reserved for larger firms.
bidpop was created to bridge that gap.
The idea was simple… give SME’s access to high‑quality, considered tender support that is practical, tailored, and built around how they actually operate. No generic templates or one‑size‑fits‑all approaches, but clear strategy, repeatable processes, and bid assets developed with intention.
